Now that's a radical idea which would result in a tangible improvement. Aside from the reality that homelessness is as much a problem of mental illness as it is a the absence of suitable housing, we need to support ideas like this. No one is leading such a movement. There are few shelters for the most unfortunate, who for whatever reason, are on the outside. This is a moral, an ethical campaign, whether or not it has anything to do with architecture.
