a washington, d.c.-based architecture firm recently created a separate entity to do more pro bono and reduced-fee design.
inscape studio, a small architecture firm doing a mix of residential and light commercial work, has decided to devote more time and resources to pro bono work. last year, it created a separate nonprofit called inscape publico that's solely dedicated to designing thoughtful, contemporary, sustainable buildings for other nonprofit organizations and the people they serve.
