That's a real question in the context of an unreal relationship. Doesn't sound like a workable way to do business to me. Waht is a mutual benefit from the "showcasing of a product"? You each have to go about, within your own enterprise, to showcase or present your work, using your own marketing methods and means.
How would anyone "wholesale"? If I were selling widgets, OK, but this is whole process.
Although they probably will not agree to it, let them write an invoice for the work, and then take off a discoount, 2%, 5% whatever you end up negotiating.
