    Terrific post!  I think your wording and approach to my previous posts is sensitive and honest. 

    Thank you for that!  I'm impressed with your candor. 

    Yes, call a spade a spade, until I complete the last remaining ARE's exams, I am still technically a Designer.  I do not consider that an ugly word.  In fact, it may be a reason why people have felt less constrained in contacting me. 

    I bring a great deal of talent and a varied approach to my firm, as so many people in the profession do, and have I have been fortunate to enjoy a wide variety of projects as a result.  I want to be able to design anything that may come across my desk, not just focus in on houses.  Variety is the spice of life!

    Wow, Thomas, I just appreciate your honesty.  That is so refreshing!
