I am very happy the AIA is educating the public about what architects do, as much of our process is "unseen" by our clients.
Having said that, I agree wholeheartedly with Kate's comments about the gender problem in this video. Just revising the "script" will not help. It is the images connected with the script. There are several negative images of women in this short video connected to negative words, like "poor choices". Just changing the prolific use of "he" and "his" is not going to help this issue.
Also the only image of a black individual is a "confused" black male. This is unfortunate too.
I think when doing a video, one must be careful with word and images equally.
