    The January 2013 version of my Renewable Energy and Green Building Tax Incentive outline is now available.     A while back I asked this forum if any others have experience the Owner paying additional property taxes on an energy efficient home when compared to that of the neighbors' without all the green upgrades.
    Your outline tax incentive outline is exactly what I was looking for.
    Turns out for my state, there is a property tax credit thru 2020 as shown on your outline.
