    Last week the US Department of Housing and Urban Development released their strategy for rebuilding after Hurricane Sandy, http://portal.hud.gov/hudportal/HUD?src=/press/press_releases_media_advisories/2013/HUDNo.13-125. At 208 pages, it is quite the document. 

    Do you agree? How do we prepare/modify our cities so we don't have to have a post hurricane strategy.
