I invite you all to go to Performance.gov to look at the Sustainability Performance Plans of each federal agency - http://sustainability.performance.gov/.

Look a little further and you will find that each agency has a climate change adaptation plan.
The public is invited to comment by April 15, 2013.

You may have direct interest in GSA's climate change adaptation action plan-  http://www.gsa.gov/portal/category/104819. Comment to this plan at adaptation@gsa.gov.

Re: GSA Climate Change Adaptation Action Plan

A barely readable boilerplate make-work enterprise.  Pure governmental agency gobbledygook.  With respect to meaningful action, presumably incremental, a few well written paragraphs in "robust" plain English would have sufficed.  The interstitial verbiage is designed to obfuscate by appearing to be technically literate.  I doubt the agency jargon is comprehensible even within the agency.  We are paying for volumes of bureaubabble from 'crats who can do little about climate change other than talk unintelligibly about it.

Give concrete examples; is there a plan to nail plywood over the windows and stuff towels under the doors?
