    I am wondering if the standard A/E practice (or Architectural firm alone) provides bonuses as a typical incentive based on the work performed of a successful project or a successful year.  I do not want to confuse this question with bonuses provided to principals or employees that are at the director or similar level.  My question applles to the employees below this level.

    I understand that with today's economy this question may not apply, so please forgive me and provide your answer under "normal" economic conditions.

    All comments are welcome since this is a rather broad question.
