On Thursday, November 3rd, I will be giving a presentation with my partner, Pam Neckar, at the Texas Society of Architects' convention in San Antonio. We will illustrate processes and techniques that architects can use to build a cohesive, commitment-based team, measure its performance, and motivate it to succeed. (See below.)
As part of our continued research on effective methods and tools for building high-performing project teams, I would welcome any thoughts and experiences from members of the Knowledge Community on the topic of effective team integration. As we continue to develop this topic of architect-led team development, I would appreciate any references to articles or other resources that would add to future presentations.
