A major aspect of the Institute at this point is somrething called Career Stages.
We have AIAS, NAC and YAF.
and then . . . .
The College of Fellows.
What happened to all of those architects with more than 10 years of practice who have not been elevated to Fellowship?
What specifically are we doing for those in that stage of their career?
Or maybe we should stop emphasizing "career stages"?
If there is a sort of AIA suggestion box, please point me to it.
