8. Human Scale in both Interior and Exterior Spaces should be considered.
9. Appropriate Use of Materials and Methods.
10. Utilization of indigenous Building techniques.
11. Architecture should be graceful in Silhouette and Massing.
12. It should exhibit a degree of exuberance.
13. It should exhibit a priority or hierarchy of parts.
14. Architecture should offer the Human eye a visual richness.
15. Architecture should have Integrity-Honesty and Wholeness throughout.
16. It should be an expression of Human Spiritual aspirations.
17. A demonstration of basic principles.
18. An-all embracing Concept.
19. A spatial Forum for Human contact.
