The Building Enclosure Council is a network of affiliated architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, and others located in cities across the United States. The BEC provides a forum for the construction industry to address the building enclosures - the exterior systems of buildings that play such a critical role in building performance and energy efficiency.
