Hi everyone-architects, makers, and friends-let's talk!

Are We Architects Really Designing for Everyone?

Our profession is at a crossroads. We've thrived on bespoke designs, tailoring each to a client's needs. But here's the catch: we've unintentionally left 98% of single-family homeowners without great architectural designs.

    Think about that!

The AIA says: "We don't follow the standards… we're designing a better world for everyone"-but how if 98% of homeowners are out of reach? It's time to think and evolve together.

Let's bring high-quality design to all, not just a few. Over my next posts, I'll dive into reclaiming housing, enhancing living standards, house design quality and creating new income streams. Are we up for it? Let's see how!
