We STILL need your voice to be heard! Please fill out the attached Governance Assessment Survey by August 30. [Let's make some constructive suggestions AND help design a better, more responsive AIA!] The AIA Governance Task Force is pivoting from info gathering and analysis to recommendation mode at its in-person meeting on Sept 8th. We will base our recommendations for an updated governance model based on McKinley's 30+ interviews, surveys received to date, and one-on-one conversations with stakeholders--thank you!
Our/Governance Task Force recommendations for an updated structure will take into consideration, key concerns--TRUST, INCLUSION, MEMBER VOICE AND REPRESENTATION. We plan to share with you, the leadership and membership, and then with AIA Board later in the year. Help us help YOU!
