AIA Materials Series Development Kickoff – Advisory Group Input needed!

Thank you for your continued support of AIA’s Materials course series. As we move into the next phase of content development, I’d like to learn how you’d like to be involved and your availability for a brief kickoff meeting in November 2025. This meeting will focus on how advisory members can contribute to shaping the upcoming draft courses before we open them to a broader review group.

This is a great opportunity to have a meaningful impact-please fill out this short form or email AIA's Director of Member Learning, Professional Development & Resources, Kendra Minor, to get involved.

    Ways to Participate:

    • Guest Speakers: Participate in a short 5–10 minute recorded interview conducted remotely via a Riverside link.
    • Course Reviewers: Dedicate 2–3 hours to reviewing course content, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices.

    What's in it for you?

    • Professional Credit: Earn LU or HSWLU credits for each course review once the course is launched.
    • Recognition: Be featured as a speaker or reviewer.
    • Visibility: Showcase your expertise and thought leadership to a broader audience.
    • Personal Fulfillment: Contribute to a cause you're passionate about and help drive real change for AIA members via our education channels.

If you filled out the form above but did not include your contact info, can you resubmit it so Kendra can follow up with you? Thanks.

    Hi Melanie,

This is Charlene and Adriana from COOKFOX Architects, we lead our firm's healthy materials effort.

We are working on gathering a couple of COOKFOX projects for reporting next  year. Could you please confirm that you have COOKFOX in your signatories and who your point of contact is?

Our colleague Sierra used to be the point of contact but she left our firm this year. We want to ensure that someone in our studio is getting your emails regarding reporting-deadlines, parameters, info sessions, everything! I thought that Sierra changed her settings so that I would get the emails but I only get forum messages like the one below, I do not get direct emails regarding the reporting process per se.

    Thanks so much.

    Best,

    Adriana
