COTE super spreadsheet metrics are now available in the DDx

If you've logged into your 2030 projects in the DDx lately you've already seen this update, but we wanted to call out that the COTE Top Ten metrics have now been integrated into the DDx. Don't worry, 2030 Commitment data and projects should not be impacted by this update, this connection should make it easier to connect data from existing 2030 projects to a COTE Top Ten Award application.

As with the previous COTE super spreadsheet, the online DDx version helps architects calculate performance metrics across the AIA Framework for Design Excellence principles. If you want to know more about this new function of the DDx please join an upcoming virtual open office hour:

Here are a few new sections you'll encounter in the DDx, including a new introductory paragraph on the DDx homepage.

A new main header, all 2030 Commitment related sections are now in a dropdown menu.

In your Company tab you can begin a COTE Top Ten entry for an existing project. NOTE: COTE Top Ten projects must be complete and report 12 months of energy usage data to be eligible for the award. We are working to clarify this interface so stay tuned.
Within a project dashboard you can also connect to the COTE Top Ten interface and your basic project data will be imported as well.
