Reception for CAE members at Greenbuild
Please join the Center for Green Schools at McCormick Place for an
opportunity to meet with members of USGBC Chapter Green Schools
Committees. Members of AIA’s Committee on Architecture for Education
(CAE) and from the Council of Education Facility Planner International
(CEFPI) are invited to this evening reception. Please RSVP by Friday,
November 5 by filling out this simple survey below.
Across USGBC’s national chapter network, more than 60 Green Schools
Committees are leading local and regional campaigns to promote healthy
green school buildings.
Led by volunteers, Green Schools Committees raise community
awareness of the benefits of green schools by working with those who
directly impact facility decisions and operations: parents and
teachers, students and school boards, administrators and city officials.
They host green school community events in cities and towns, make
presentations, “adopt” local schools, and engage the media in their
initiatives.
Come out and meet some of your fellow green schools champions, and get Greenbuild off to a great start!
