Healthcare Design Award

Submissions are open for the 2026 cycle!

Apply by 5pm ET on November 13.

The Healthcare Design Award recognizes the best of health care building design, health care planning, and health care design-oriented research. Project types include outpatient centers, hospital expansions, diagnostic and treatment facilities, community-based clinics, children’s hospitals, and wellness centers. Projects should exhibit conceptual strength that solve aesthetic, civic, urban, and social concerns as well as the requisite functional and sustainability concerns associated with a health care setting.

All entry fees are non-refundable. Entry includes a $450 fee for a single project submission to a single project-based award program, and $100 for additional submissions of the same project to any other project-based award programs.
