In the past six years, the Massachusetts Culture Change Coalition has advanced person-centered care in long term care through education, newsletters and other outreach efforts. The Design for Aging Committee welcomes Elissa Sherman, president of LeadingAge Massachusetts (formerly MassAging) and a founding member of the Culture Change Coalition, who will discuss the Coalition’s history, goals and activities with specific attention to the Coalition’s work related to regulatory barriers.
