    This quarter, the AIA National Associates Committee pushed forward on major workgroup deliverables, including the AIA Framework for Advocacy Playbook, the LEAP Climate Action Toolkit, and the upcoming "Bridging the Gap" resource for early professionals, and launched an official LinkedIn presence.

    We also celebrated big wins across our STAR network: new licensures, national scholarships, chapter partnerships, and recognition at the state level. Associate members are advocating, mentoring, and building resources that shape the future of the profession at every level of the Institute.
