the gap between the interoperability between the BIM softwares as REVIT & energy modeling software where most of them do not read a tons of embedded data within the model which contributes to the building performance , i'm not a pro but through the past few months i could not reach a comprehensive methodology to deal with energy modeling beyond the schematic phase.
