Does anyone have experience loaning or borrowing employees from other architecture firms? What are the pros and cons? Would you do it again?

    Linda,

We have borrowed CADD drafters from other offices, but used them for simple tasks like drafting existing conditions plans.  We just 1099'd them and all worked out well.

Small firms need extra help from time to time.  This article has good information regarding employees and contract help.
