    The AIA and NIH have some excellent project phase checklists (basic services tasks, by phase).  In lieu of developing an Excel spreadsheet from scratch, can someone please point me to a functional, and efficient spreadsheet?  

    I'd like to be able to assign specific resources to each task.  There's got to be something out there, but I can't find it!
