With anticipation that many leaders of the justice architecture industry may leave or retire within the next decade, uncertainty as to whether the next generation of leaders is equipped to continue to push the industry forward has grown. This presentation focuses on this uncertainty and discusses the current state of the industry, the generational knowledge gap between the today's and tomorrow's leaders, and how we can best prepare the next generation of leaders in justice architecture.
